ABOUT THE COMPANY

City Elevator is the second largest independently owned installer of new elevators in the New York City Area.  In addition to our construction services, we  maintain a large portfolio of commercial, institutional and residential service accounts.  City Elevator was formed with the intent of providing a market alternative to the large corporate owned service companies.

Our field resources

Skilled Labor – Our current field workforce is comprised of approximately 100 technicians who are affiliated with the IUEC Local #1.  Of the 100, 65 are mechanics and 35 are apprentices.  The average years of experience amongst our mechanics is 22 years.

Heavy Equipment - We have assembled over a million dollars worth of heavy equipment to aid in the construction and repair of elevators.  Our technicians have the best available tools to get the job done efficiently.
